1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Serenzer, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services. Serenzer is an artificial intelligence life coaching service designed to support your personal development.
2. Service Description
Serenzer offers an automated life coaching service utilizing artificial intelligence. The service includes: interactive conversations with an AI coach available 24/7, personalized tracking of your goals and progress across 12 dimensions of life, exercises and challenges tailored to your profile, a diary with automatic analysis, and resources in case of emotional crisis. Serenzer does not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric support.
3. Subscription and Payment
Serenzer offers different subscription plans: a 7-day free trial with no commitment, a monthly subscription that renews automatically, and an annual subscription with a discount. Payments are secured via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. No refunds are issued for the current period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Serenzer responsibly. It is prohibited to: share your account with others, attempt to bypass security measures, use the service for illegal or malicious purposes, harass or threaten the system or other users, and extract or copy content en masse. Serenzer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Serenzer (algorithms, interface, resources) remains the exclusive property of Serenzer. Your personal data and conversations belong to you. You retain all rights to the content you create (journal, notes). Serenzer may use your data in an anonymized manner to improve its services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Serenzer is provided 'as is' without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Serenzer is not responsible for: decisions you make based on AI advice, technical issues beyond our control, and the consequences of using the service. In case of a medical or psychological emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.
7. Modifications and Termination
Serenzer may modify these terms at any time. You will be notified by email of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
